- Justified Cancellation : Receive a full refund for your booking up until your departure if you are unable to travel due to a covered event
- What is covered by Flexible and Justified Cancellation
- Flexible Cancellation : You don't need to provide a reason or any paperwork to cancel your booking up to 2 days before departure
- Justified Cancellation : All covered events will be listed and include but are not limited to professional shifts, transport problems, death or ilness of the insured or a relative as well as other personal or health events
- How much does the Flexible and Justified Cancellation cost?
- Flexible Cancellation is 7.5% of the total price
- Justified Cancellation is 4% of the total price
