There could be two reasons for this issue: either the boat or activity you're trying to book is unavailable on those dates, or the boat has a mandatory check-in date and/or a minimum trip length requirement. Please review these details to ensure a smooth and easy booking process.

When you visit a boat's details page, you'll see a yellow 'Contact Host' button just below the product images. Feel free to reach out to the host with any questions regarding your reservation. There are two main payment options in the system, depending on the host's preferences. Some boats allow for a partial upfront deposit with the remaining balance due on the day of the trip, while others require full payment upfront. During the payment process, you will see if the host requires a card payment or cash payment for the second installment, if applicable.

If the boat or experience you wish to book is listed as ‘Enquire to Book' on its details page, your reservation will be processed within 24 hours after you complete the enquiry process by clicking the button, and you will be automatically notified. For 'Instant Booking' options, your reservation is usually approved within 2 minutes or automatically confirmed within 24 hours unless the host rejects it for a valid reason.
