Euthenna: (Altınsivrisi/Karacasöğüt) Town of Rhodes. The ruins that have survived to this day are on the Altınsivrisi hill, approximately 2 km southeast of Karacasöğüt village. As you approach the hill, you will encounter the city necropolis, and a little higher up the ruins of various city walls, rock tombs and cisterns.
Amnistos: (Karacasöğüt) There is another ancient city near Karacasöğüt. The ruins of the ancient city of Amnistos are on a cape near the village. Remnants of the city walls and the old harbor wall on the seaside have survived to this day.
Gökova Sailing Club is located within the borders of Karacasöğüt Village, one of the most beautiful bays of Gökova Gulf, 25 km away from Marmaris. Continuing its activities at the Global Sailing facilities here, the Club strives to further its success every day. It serves sports fans of all ages in areas such as sailing and windsurfing.
