Most of Alegria’s food ingredients are hand foraged and locally sourced, purifying the body and soul. Wild asparagus, fresh strawberries, pasteli, nettle, wild cantharellus, traditional siglino pork from mani and fresh chanterelles with rosemary are some of our signature dishes.
