Volos Port is a well-equipped marina offering a wide range of facilities for sailors and travelers:

Amaliapolis, located on the west coast of the Pagasetic Gulf, is a charming small Greek harbor town. Marina Skiathos offers around 70 berths on a pontoon and a pier to the west, but not all have mooring lines—bringing your own anchor is advisable. Nighttime entry is easy due to excellent lighting. Electricity and water are available but may not always be reliable, and there are no dedicated sanitary facilities. Fuel is delivered by tanker.

For supplies, a small supermarket is near the pier, with a larger one a short walk north. Fresh seafood is available at the fish market in the town’s south.
