Cati Bay, Bodrum

Çatı Bay is a small horseshoe inlet on the Bodrum peninsula's south coast, with a sandy seafloor and a narrow opening that keeps the meltem out. The cove is one of the quieter spots in the area because there's no village, no restaurant, no road access — just pines and rock. The water is shallow enough for easy swimming with kids and deep enough at the centre for any yacht to anchor securely. A footpath climbs to a ridge with views back over the gulf entrance. Çatı is 60 minutes from Bodrum and an easy stop between Aquarium Cove and Kissebükü. Season runs May through October.
